6th Dec - Indoor Bowls
A team of JB, MS & TT managed to secure the squads third win on the bounce against a 2 man Wythall "A" team. (they were one player short). Final result was 19-17 to Wythall but because they were a player short regulations dictate that they lose 25% of their score. So amended result was 17-14 to us!
29th Nov - Indoor Bowls
A team of MS, RD & KR managed to defeat a Wythall B team by 23-11. This is the second win on the bounce.

Not too sure of how much money was raised for the club but sure the night was worthwhile. A big thanks to all the back ground crew (catering & cleaners and childminders). Even more thanks to comperes Sam and Dave who stepped into the job at the last minute - would guess they now have the job for good! Last but not least - well done Kate for organizing the evening.

After a few days of scorching weather and a watering of the green 2 downpours meant that gallons of rain had to be pumped and swept of the green before mowing for a visit from Bradford Arms. The sun did eventually arrive but only after the game was about 15 minutes old before deluge number 3! clearing green of water for the third time allowed teams to have an early tea. A delay of about 1 hour but worth it as team eventually won by 96 shots.
2nd July
Ladies County game at our green. Helpers required to assist in general activities around the green. Teas & Coffees etc. Please contact Val if you can help out.
28th June
A rather wet couple of days ends in the green being turned into a like. Green cleared of all puddle around 12:30 then cut, ion readiness for the days home game, only to have another deluge of rain. This downpour was the heaviest yet and completely covered the green. Amazingly the juniors managed to start and complete the game on a miserably day. Seniors game was postponed at Kings Norton.
